Discipline Policy

The POOL STAFF and the TOWN OF LUSELAND reserved the right to permanently remove those neglecting to follow the rules regardless of passes or lesson enrollment. The policy is in place to ensure everyone's safety. A patron who is misbehaving diverts the lifeguard's attention causing others to be neglected. Each person is given 3 warnings for misbehavior. The punishment for these first offenses may involve cleaning the park area surrounding the pool or removal for the rest of the day. Each offense will be documented, on the 3rd offense the parents will be called and must accompany their child to the pool until we feel the problem is under control.
