The Luseland Community Motel is a community-owned business, constructed in 1998. It features 22 quiet accessible rooms. There are 9 double beds (full/double size), 12 singles (Queen size) and 1 wheelchair with queen sized bed. All rooms include air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave oven, and telephone. Free Wireless Internet. NO pets allowed (no exceptions). Entire facility is non-smoking. There will be a $250 penalty for anyone violating this rule. There is ample paved parking and plug-ins in winter.
Daily room cleaning is provided along with an ice machine, central microwave and offer 2 cots if needed. Motel reserves the right to limit group stays to 11 rooms per function, if available. Double Room with one bed is $80/ night Double Room with two beds is $110/ night Weekly and monthly rates are also available upon request, depending on certain conditions. Luseland Theatre likes to be able to show movies for kids, especially Disney movies. These movies are well attended and result in a lot of happy movie goers. Unfortunately the license to show a Disney movie cost $189 and does not allow us to advertise or charge admission. This limits the number of Disney movies we are able to show.
Luseland Theatre is looking for sponsors to pay the license for these movies so that we can show more Disney movies. Tax receipts for donating the cost of a license would be available from the Town Office and we would advertise the sponsor of the movie on our Facebook page and at the theatre.
